In conclusion, stress affects many Singaporean youths these days. Some of the reasons they get stressed is because of things such as school matters, tight schedules and many more. It can cause us to have mood swings, loss of appetite, loss of self-confidence and many more. A few ways we can help ourselves or the people around us with stress is by doing things such as using stress ball, doing hobbies, clear your mind for a few minutes and so on. We should also not neglect positive stress, such as riding a rollercoaster and the motivation and drive that you can get from positive energy.
